AI & Transformation Responsibilities• Define and validate broadband operational workflows and AI use cases
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and analytics-driven optimization
• Support AI use cases based on CPE and Broadband Network Telemetry
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Operations Teams
• Validate operational data, telemetry, KPIs, and customer experience metrics
• Convert troubleshooting procedures and SOPs into structured knowledge assets
• Support UAT, stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and operational sign-offs
• Define baseline KPIs and success metrics for transformation programs
Skills Required
- 10-12 years of relevant broadband operations experience
- Expertise in broadband access networks, including FTTH, FTTx, GPON, and XGS-PON
- Experience with Wi-Fi and home network operations
- Experience with CPE lifecycle management
- Broadband fault management and troubleshooting experience
- Experience with service assurance platforms
- Knowledge of NOC processes and customer support workflows
- Knowledge of OLT, ONT/ONU, BRAS/BNG, DHCP, DNS, and AAA
- Experience with subscriber provisioning and activation
- Knowledge of SNMP traps, Syslog, NetFlow/IPFIX, and device telemetry
- Experience with network monitoring, alarm management, and performance metrics
- Knowledge of broadband KPIs including MTTR, FCR, repeat fault rates, and device health
- Experience with OSS and operational support systems
- Knowledge of TR-069, TR-369, and the TD-181 data model
- Ability to define and validate broadband operational workflows and AI use cases
- Ability to collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, AI engineers, and operations teams
- Experience supporting UAT, stakeholder workshops, requirements reviews, and operational sign-offs
