Plan, develop, and manage promotional initiatives within the E-MTB value stream to increase brand value and perception. This role focuses on developing the product line's image, identity, messaging, and positioning relative to competitors.
Responsibilities
- erve as the key developer of promotional strategy for the specified product line
- Collaborate with customers on partnership promotion
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve go-to-market promotional goals
- Develop product messaging, look, feel, tone, and naming aligned with SRAM's mission, identity, and core values
- Manage spend within the allocated budget
- Identify and recruit ambassadors and athletes
- Develop and execute social media strategy
- Partner with the brand team on key content development including stories, video, and copy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Marketing or similar field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute global brand strategies
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Experience with budget analysis and planning
- Knowledge of print and digital marketing
- Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of bicycle mechanics and the global bike industry

- Compensation and Benefits:
- Benefits include group health insurance plans covering medical, dental, vision, and ancillary options, as well as 401(k) match, life insurance, long-term disability, and paid time off.
- Salary range is CAD $70,000 to CAD $90,000 based on skills and experience level. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance.
