As a Brand Services LA eMerchandiser, the primary responsibilities include administrative support to digital channels by reviewing key eFundamentals and identifying opportunities between LA retailers and P&G. The eMerchandiser will facilitate the sharing of essential information requested by each retailer, including images, product descriptions, features, and benefits.
The LA eMerchandiser Analyst will also maintain and monitor the flow of data across between Product Information Management (PIM), Brandstore, and Customer Experience Hub (CXH).
Responsibilities
- Download approved content into the Product Information Management (PIM) system to make necessary customizations according to client requirements. Share this information with retailers and manage the follow-up on requests to ensure proper execution.
- Retailer’s eCommerce requirements: Know and document all clients’ requirements and give maintenance to PDX Channels.
- Communication with cross-functional teams: For any issues regarding the eContent process, provide feedback to the Business eContent Expert, collaborating with End-to-End analyst to identify opportunities in the audit process and with SMO Sales Team to understand proper prioritization of Initiatives regarding execution to deliver correct and high-quality content.
- Compliance and Data Quality: Ensure adherence to data governance policies, standards, and best practices. Implement data security measures and maintain data confidentiality.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation related to master data management procedures.
