The Brand & Product Marketing Intern will support the department’s functional areas that include: Brand Development and Global Architecture, Digital Marketing including social communities, Corporate Social Responsibility Marketing, Public Relations, New Product Development and Channel Marketing.
The Brand & Product Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting Driscoll’s brand building activities around broadening brand awareness, increasing consumer demand and strengthening affinity with our core berry users. Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day functions of marketing team to execute national consumer campaigns as well as channel marketing activations.
• Coordinate the management and organization of brand assets on the digital asset management platform.
• Assist in the development of brand assets, including photoshoots.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and communities, including sweepstakes promotions and recipe development.
• Perform research and analysis on key marketing campaigns, platforms and trends.
• Assist in the launch of new products through collateral and asset development.
Candidate Profile***IMPORTANT***
- This is an on‑site, 3-6 month internship based in Watsonville, CA, ideally running from May/June to November/December.

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any other related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain strong working relationships through collaborative team projects
• Ability to think consumer first and drive positive experiences for Driscoll’s consumer audiences through marketing programs.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capacity to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Eager and open to learn!
Compensation
The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors.
The hourly range estimated for this internship is: Junior, Senior or Recent Grad (Bachelor's level within 6 months of graduation): $21-$23 per hour
