We are recruiting for a global Brand and Proposition Manager, based in Krakow, Poland.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive gaps using customer, market, and competitor insights.

  • Translate insights into clear value proposition objectives for priority customer segments, aligned with business strategy.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Supplier, Sales, and Marketing teams to define compelling positioning and messaging.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, testing and iterating new or enhanced propositions.

  • Track and evaluate proposition performance, using data to optimise effectiveness and customer engagement over time.

  • Partner closely with the Brand Manager to ensure brand alignment and consistent execution across all channels and regions.

  • Work alongside Brand Manager to design and deliver Brand Programs.

  • Own proposition and service landing pages, ensuring messaging clarity, brand consistency, and conversion optimisation.

The Ideal Person:

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand or proposition roles, ideally in B2B environments.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and launching brand strategies and customer value propositions.

  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret insight and data to guide decisions.

  • Experience applying customer insights and real-time data to identify opportunities, assess risk, and refine strategy.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and user journeys.

  • Strong customer focus with a passion for solving customer problems through clear, differentiated value.

  • Confident presenter, comfortable contributing in senior forums.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience managing internal and external agency partners, including execution quality and budget ownership.
