Purpose of the Job
The Brand Manager will be responsible for building and strengthening the
Loom Solar brand across online and offline channels. The role involves managing
brand campaigns, digital marketing coordination, product positioning, dealer
branding, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement initiatives to
increase brand awareness, lead generation, and market share.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consumer branding,
digital marketing, campaign execution, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop
and execute brand-building strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create
strong brand positioning for solar panels, batteries, and inverter
products.
- Ensure
consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor
competitor branding, pricing, and market trends.
- Plan
and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage
product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate
with creative agencies, production teams, and vendors.
- Track
campaign ROI and optimize performance.
- Improve
brand visibility on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Work
with performance marketing teams to improve traffic, leads, and
conversions.
- Manage
influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Monitor
online reputation and customer sentiment.
- Execute
dealer branding activities including glow sign boards, brochures, display
units, and showroom branding.
- Support
channel partners with marketing materials and campaigns.
- Standardize
branding across distributor and dealer networks.
- Coordinate
with content, video, and design teams for high-quality marketing assets.
- Ensure
strong storytelling for product benefits, customer success stories, and
solar awareness.
