Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer queries, explain products/services, generate and qualify leads, maintain customer database and call records, follow up to convert leads, meet calling targets, and coordinate with the sales team for closures.

Manage and grow monthly online sales on Amazon and Flipkart by working with account managers, maintaining catalogue visibility, improving A+ and brand store content, launching products, tracking account health, and identifying trends to drive sales.

Lead end-to-end execution of residential rooftop solar installations under PM Surya Ghar. Manage site readiness, vendors, installers, DISCOM/net-metering coordination, quality, safety, timelines, documentation, and cost control to ensure timely commissioning and high first-time-right quality.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of industrial/infrastructure projects, managing civil works, PEB design/fabrication/installation, vendors and contractors, ensuring quality, safety, testing, commissioning, and regulatory compliance.

Lead media and brand communications: build journalist and influencer relationships; draft press releases and statements; manage crisis communications and reputation; create content for press, speeches, blogs and social; plan press conferences and product launches; track media coverage and digital PR; collaborate with marketing and report PR performance.

Conduct operational audits across sales, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, service, procurement and dealer operations. Verify SOP compliance, identify process gaps and losses, recommend corrective actions, monitor implementation, prepare audit reports/MIS, and drive cost savings and process improvements.
