Create and deliver branded visual and video content for social and marketing channels, including ad creatives, motion graphics, product/explainer/testimonial videos, and event/exhibition assets while collaborating with marketing teams and meeting deadlines.

Drive sales of inverters and battery/BESS solutions in an assigned territory through dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Develop channels, generate leads, conduct demos and promotions, manage collections and credit, coordinate with internal teams, resolve customer issues, and report on sales KPIs to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Lead inside sales to onboard and activate solar dealers and convert consumer leads via phone, WhatsApp, CRM and virtual demos. Track CRM data, meet monthly targets, coordinate with operations, and train junior sales staff to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales and factory roles, develop hiring strategies, coordinate with department heads, build talent pipelines, manage candidate sourcing via portals and social media, maintain recruitment MIS and metrics, ensure timely closures, and uphold employer branding and candidate experience.

Drive sales and revenue for inverter and battery BESS products through dealers and channel partners. Build and develop dealer networks, conduct demos and promotions, manage collections and credit, coordinate with logistics and service, handle customer queries, and provide sales reporting and market feedback to management.

Lead performance-driven digital marketing to generate B2B and B2C leads across Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Manage paid campaigns, SEO, website optimization, content, social media, marketing automation/CRM integration, analytics, and dealer/distributor digital support to improve conversions and reduce CPL.
