The Role
As Brand Manager, you'll lead go-to-market efforts, ensuring consistent brand expression across channels and translating consumer insights into effective marketing activations.
Summary Generated by Built In

We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to be the day-to-day steward of how our brand shows up in the world. Reporting into our VP of Brand, this role supports go-to-market for campaigns and product launches, and turns consumer understanding into activations that drive results.
Our business is primarily DTC, but you'll work omnichannel—partnering with channel leads across DTC, Amazon, and retail, plus social, events, and partnerships—to keep our brand consistent and distinctive everywhere consumers meet us. You'll need to think both strategically and creatively, and be comfortable moving at start-up speed.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop GTM for launches, from positioning to full-funnel messaging and integrated campaigns
  • Build brand plans in partnership with creative, channel, social, events, and partnerships teams
  • Translate consumer insights into activations that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty
  • Tailor content to each channel (DTC, Amazon, retail) while maintaining cohesion
  • Extend the brand into culturally relevant moments through social and events
  • Support product partnerships that drive affinity, acquisition, and retention
  • Report performance, learnings, and priorities to cross-functional partners
  • Use KPI data and performance metrics to sharpen the approach over time

Requirements
  • 6+ years in brand management or an equivalent marketing role, ideally in CPG
  • Track record building integrated brand plans with cross-functional partners
  • Experience in a DTC-first business with omnichannel exposure (Amazon, retail)
  • Demonstrated ability to turn consumer insights into marketing that resonates
  • Strong project management—multiple workstreams, tight timelines, high accuracy
  • Clear communicator and collaborator who solves problems independently and in teams
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
  • Impeccable taste and a savvy for cultural nuance and scroll-stopping storytelling

What We Do

Coffee is “wakeup technology” that has not materially improved in 1,500 years. We are changing that. 50% of Americans have a gene variant that makes metabolizing caffeine difficult, causing jitters, bloating, and stomach problems. Most people shrug their shoulders and say, “Welp, that’s coffee.” Instead of shoulder shrugging, we’ve developed a priority blend of coffee, functional mushrooms, collagen protein, and nootropics to promote focus, energy, immunity, and gut health. No crash. No B.S. We’ve served 1,000,000 customers in the past 3 years. There are 150,000,000 coffee drinkers left. We’re less than 2% done. Come join us for the remaining 98%. We offer an alternative to normal coffee and stimulants. We are the first mushroom company to combine functional mushrooms, collagen protein and nootropics to activate your DOSE (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin & Endorphins).
