What contribution will I make to Helen of Troy?

This position will support the Asia Pacific region in all marketing aspects.

What will I be doing?

Manage and develop market plan and activities in different AP regions:

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plan for different AP regions to achieve company goals.
  • Develop and manage both ATL and BTL (online/offline) marketing campaign in line with the marketing strategies.
  • Align with the company strategy and objectives, initiate and implement relevant social media platforms and manage social media accounts.
  • Manage all the internal and external approval processes and system to ensure the marketing campaign and material can launch on agreed schedule.
  • Work closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the campaigns/projects can be implement on agreed schedules and objectives.

Distributors management:

  • Work closely with distributors to develop various program and plans.
  • Ensure the campaign and strategies can be implemented as agreed on schedule and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on various projects to deliver company goals on time with quality.
  • Support / Organize / Analysis of market research. Collect market intelligence to develop competitive landscape.
  • Manage Market expenditure, budget monitoring and reports.

What are the requirements for consideration?

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • Fluency in speaking as well as writing in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.
  • 4 + years in FMCG or consumer electronic appliances with solid brand and marketing experience.
  • Operational experience with different stakeholders: e.g. working with advertising agency, design house, regulatory agency etc.
  • Experience in online advertising (e.g. Google/YouTube/Facebook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC and SMO.
  • Highly dynamic & possess excellent communication skills.
  • Have a can-do attitude and work diligently to achieve tasks on time, on target and with tight schedules.
  • Work with great detail and patience.
  • Exposure in Asia Pacific markets preferred.
