What you’ll be doing
  • Translate brand strategy into local marketing plans, campaigns, and activation calendars across DACH
  • Drive end-to-end campaign execution across pharmacy, mass-market, and digital channels
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and performance data to optimize brand growth and ROI
  • Develop and implement omnichannel content and activation (digital, in-store, e-commerce, CRM)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and external agencies to ensure compliant execution
  • Create impactful sales materials, POS tools, and customer activation plans to support sell-in and visibility
  • Lead product launches, pack updates, and lifecycle initiatives, ensuring smooth market execution
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and agencies, ensuring delivery on time and within investment targets
  • Contribute to customer meetings, trade events, and internal planning cycles
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes in all marketing activities

Requirements
  • 4–6 years’ experience in brand management, product marketing, or channel marketing within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, or similarly fast-paced industries
  • Experience working in an international or global organization, collaborating with regional and global stakeholders across markets
  • Proven track record in hands-on campaign execution, product launches, and commercial activation
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy and/or mass-market channels; e-commerce or omnichannel experience is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with market data, KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and materials
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with a “get-things-done” attitude
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Business fluent in German and English

Skills Required

  • 4–6 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or channel marketing within FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, or similar industries
  • Experience working in an international or global organization with regional and global stakeholders
  • Proven experience executing campaigns, product launches, and commercial activations
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy and/or mass-market channels
  • E-commerce or omnichannel experience
  • Experience analyzing market data, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and materials
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Business fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–25% across the DACH region
