Purpose of the Position
The Brand Manager plays an active role in shaping and delivering the local marketing strategy for Chivas Regal &Single Malt, driving strong brand visibility and ensuring consistent activation across the Polish market. The role takes ownership of coordinating brand initiatives, adapting global assets to local needs, executing campaigns, monitoring brand performance, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring brand plans to life.
Main Responsibilities
• Support the development and implementation of the annual brand plan for Chivas.
• Adapt global communication and toolkits to the Polish market while ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate the execution of brand campaigns and activations across relevant touchpoints.
• Support new product launches through planning, coordination, and execution of brand assets and activities.
• Monitor brand performance, category dynamics, and consumer trends, and prepare insight‑based recommendations.
• Collaborate with agencies (creative, digital, BTL) to deliver high‑quality, inclusive, and accessible brand materials.
• Work with cross‑functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and On‑Trade, to ensure aligned and timely execution.
• Track marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and support the preparation of brand performance reports.
• Coordinate on‑trade activations and events in partnership with the On‑Trade & Events teams.
• Conduct competitive analysis and prepare regular market overview reports.
• Manage and monitor assigned parts of the marketing budget to ensure accurate and responsible spending.
