BRAND MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Job Description
A role in Brand Management will give you exposure to the various parts of P&G business operations and will allow you to develop a broad and deep skill set.
Within the Brand Management function, you might will cover one (or more) of the three following scopes for a particular brand or category:
Commercial Strategy development, designing go-to market strategies and business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives and help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us;
Brand building responsibilities, playing a role on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR) and developing instore materials and communication.
Shopper based design, developing instore and shelving strategies based on profound knowledge of consumer behaviour and shopper psychology
As a P&G intern, you will get the opportunity to:
Contribute to the development of sales &marketing concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies & tools;
You will learn and implement concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others).
Participate in new product launches
Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) to deliver key results.

Job Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: .
You are graduated of a bachelor or a master’s degree
You have proven strong leadership ability to lead projects and have a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
You have very good interpersonal skills and you are a team player.
You have good communication (verbal, active listening and written)
Agility and creativity are part of your skills-set.
You are autonomous, rigorous and organized and can execute with excellence
You are fluent in Portuguese and English
