We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Brand Lead to manage and strengthen our corporate brand positioning, and to lead corporate event planning and execution.
This role will be responsible for building our corporate narrative, strengthening reputation, and driving brand consistency; and also delivering impactful internal and external events that align with business objectives, strategic goals and regulatory standards.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, including business and functional leaders and their teams, and the broader Communications team, to build our corporate brand and ensure we show up consistently and impactfully inside and out. This is a hands-on role that requires sound brand-building knowledge, excellent project management skills, as well as content development experience.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement a company-wide corporate brand strategy aligned with business priorities, values and purpose, that ensures we show up consistently and clearly, inside and out, and promotes and sustains a credible reputation.
Conduct a comprehensive corporate brand assessment as a baseline to build and refresh the Zentiva brand voice, story and narrative. Create associated internal and external content and messaging and embed across the organization.
Evaluate and refresh the corporate visual identity: produce a comprehensive repository of design elements; be responsible for brand governance: develop guidelines, ensure brand consistency, engage and educate relevant audiences, advise and coach where needed.
Partner with P&O and the Internal Communications Senior Manager to shape and deliver an engaging and impactful employer brand strategy and EVP that positions the company as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining the best talent.
End-to-end management and execution of corporate events including, but not limited to: trade shows, industry congress participation, internal leadership and commercial meetings, and employee engagement events. To include building, or being part of, a cross-business execution team, ensuring messaging consistency, vendor and budget management, marketing and promotion, 360 communications, and post-event evaluation, with high-quality delivery, compliance and maximum impact.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies and partners to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient delivery and compliance.
Ensure consistency across countries; identify potential synergies and opportunities for alignment, maximizing reach, impact and RoI.
Ensure all branding and event activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
With a mindset of continuous improvement, implement and monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and use data, feedback and industry best practice to assess and measure impact, and to evolve and improve.
Champion contemporary tools and methodologies, including AI-enabled approaches to enhance effectiveness.
Proven experience in corporate brand management, with ability to build and refresh all elements of a corporate brand.
Demonstrated event management experience; strong project management and organisational skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement abilities; excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities across functions and all levels.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset; a strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
Results-driven with a collaborative, proactive, inclusive and positive ‘can-do’ approach; with the ability to be resilient and quickly pivot.
Familiarity with a wide range of communications platforms and tools, ideally including AI-driven solutions.
Very strong written and oral English; other European language skills, particularly Czech/Slovak is an advantage.
Experience of operating within the Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry highly desirable.
