- Build and execute 1–3 year growth plans, partnering closely with global innovation and portfolio teams
- Develop digital-first, multi-channel marketing strategies, including always-on and campaign activations across key touchpoints
- Create compelling brand positioning, messaging, and hero content that wins across the consumer and HCP journey
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, category, innovation, and external agencies to deliver best-in-class execution
- Drive data-led decision making by analyzing performance, identifying growth drivers, and implementing corrective actions
- Unlock innovation and expansion opportunities (new products, line extensions, pricing and channel strategies)
- Scale successful initiatives across markets while ensuring local relevance and commercial impact
- Explore and accelerate D2C and e-commerce opportunities across the portfolio
Requirements
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing (FMCG, consumer healthcare, or fast-paced environments) with strong business impact
- Track record of owning P&L and delivering growth across sales, margin, and market share
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and performance-driven execution
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations, collaborating across markets and functions
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, promotions, portfolio strategy)
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Fluency in German and English

We own and commercialise branded, original over-the-counter products and prescription medicines across a range of everyday categories, including intimate health; skin health; digestive health, foot health; pain, cough and cold; wellness; and specialty products.
