What you will accomplish:

  • Own and manage the Events team swag and product process ensuring there is always enough merchandise on-hand

  • Coordinate and optimize event activation plans using insights and performance data from past events

  • Partner cross-functionally (Brand, Marketing, Product, PR) to ensure cohesive, consistent, and effective event messaging

  • Manage booth development processes, including design, graphics, and production, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders

  • Develop scalable processes and efficiencies to support execution of smaller-tier events across multiple markets

  • Support post-event analysis, reporting, and measurement to inform future strategy

  • Assist with on-site event operations (approximately 30–40% travel required)

What you will bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or related field

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams

  • Experience working with vendors, agencies, and production partners

  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Willingness to travel (30–40%) and support on-site event execution
