You will bring• 8-10 years of relevant experience in brand implementation, integrated marketing and creative process leadership, ideally from a combination of agency and in-house roles in a large international organisation.• Experience developing and implementing global brand campaigns across markets, cultures and disciplines.• A strong understanding of agency ways of working and the ability to be a demanding, constructive and credible client partner.• Experience leading multidisciplinary programmes, senior decision forums and presentations or reporting for executive-level stakeholders.• Strategic, creative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to connect brand strategy to compelling execution and turn measurement into clear actions and improvements.• Experience from B2B or other considered-purchase industries with longer sales cycles, such as automotive or other complex international businesses. Experience outside the telecommunications sector is welcome.• A collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence and curiosity to move work forward while maintaining quality, alignment and strategic focus.• Excellent written and spoken English.
