Job Description

Within the PME division, in the Novotel brand team, the brand assistant manager will play an integral role within the Global Brand organization supporting strategic projects for the brand:

  • Assist in developing and rolling out projects (brand & sustainability programs, in-hotel guest experience, brand standards, F&B projects) in coordination with different internal stakeholders (Procurement, Design, Operations, Country Marketing, hotels) and external stakeholders (partners and agencies)
  • Maintain, update and manage global brand content: experience materials, creative assets, and toolkits
  • Manage the creation and distribution of the Novotel Global internal newsletter
  • Animate marketing relays network to foster relationships between Regional hubs and Global teams.

Qualifications

  • Be highly organized and structured in project management
  • Great knowledge of Excel / Power Point
  • Experience in Hospitality, Sustainability or Project Management highly preferred  

Level of Education: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5

Areas of study: Marketing, Hospitality, Project Management

Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English mandatory
