About this opportunity:
We're looking for a BOS Client Executive to drive the growth of our BOS portfolio and lead strategic engagements with key operators in the region.
As our customers advance in their cloud and 5G journeys, our mission in the Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems (SA BOS) is to deliver cloud-native, automated, and future-ready solutions that strengthen their competitiveness.
What you will do:
- Drive sales and business development for the full BOS portfolio, with strong focus on value creation and long-term transformation.
- Lead strategic engagements with key operators, including Claro and Vivo, aligning Ericsson solutions to their business priorities.
- Own the commercial strategy for BOS: positioning, account planning, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary business lead for BOS, coordinating with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify and shape new opportunities through consultative engagement, market insights, and early involvement (pre-RFP).
- Guide customers through large-scale BSS/BOS transformation programs, supporting roadmap definition and commercial strategy.
The skills you bring:
- Strong background in sales or business development
- Solid understanding of technical BOS/BSS portfolios and operator architectures.
- Consultative selling skills are mandatory, with proven ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in long-term transformation programs (BSS/BOS) and leading commercial workstreams.
- Experience managing pre-sales and driving business strategy for software/telecom solutions.
- Strong leadership, collaborative mindset, and ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments.
- University degree in Engineering, ICT, or related fields.
