What you will do
- Lead and support cross-functional projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency
- Leverage AI, machine learning, programming languages, and Microsoft Power Platform to develop innovative solutions and drive automation across the organization
- Develop executive-ready reports and dashboards, identifying clear and actionable insights
- Analyze large data sets to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and cultures
- Collaborate closely with global teams to design, implement, and scale solutions
What you will bring
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field
- Skills in AI agent development, orchestration, and agentic system implementation
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Power Query (M), and VBA
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power BI and data analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for developing innovative solutions
- Motivation to learn continuously and improve processes and tools
- Ability to work with large data sets and quickly identify root causes
- Consulting mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing business environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse roles and teams
- Courage to challenge the status quo and existing ways of working
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work in São Paulo in a hybrid model of work
