In this role, you will join a high-performing and collaborative People team, supporting leaders and employees across the LATAM region. You will play a key role in enabling business success by delivering impactful people solutions, fostering engagement, and driving organizational effectiveness in a dynamic, global environment.
What you will do
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to enhance organizational effectiveness and people outcomes;
- Own and execute day-to-day HR activities while supporting the rollout of core People programs and initiatives across the region;
- Collaborate closely with the broader People organization, including Centers of Excellence and subject matter experts (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development), to deliver integrated solutions to the business;
- Support leaders on a wide range of people topics, including employee relations, performance management, leadership development, compliance with internal directives and local labor laws, onboarding and offboarding processes, and organizational changes;
- Contribute to and lead cross-functional projects, change initiatives, and best-practice implementations aligned with business priorities;
- Use data, metrics, and insights to inform decision-making and influence leaders effectively,
- Operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus;
- Solid experience in Human Resources, with exposure to HR Business Partner responsibilities in a technology-driven or professional services environment;
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate people strategies into practical actions;
- Proven ability to navigate complex, global, and matrixed organizations with accountability and a results-driven mindset;
- Demonstrated experience supporting cultural transformation, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives;
- Broad and in-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and processes, gained through close collaboration with HR colleagues and internal partners;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including strong listening, facilitation, and presentation capabilities,
- Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
