About this opportunity
We at Ericsson are seeking a senior, consultative BOS Client Executive to drive growth of our Business & Operations Support Systems (BOS) portfolio across Mexico and the broader LATAM region.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, shaping customer strategy and positioning Ericsson as a long-term strategic partner. This is a highly visible, executive-level sales role focused on complex deals, long sales cycles, and deep customer engagement rather than transactional selling.
What you will do
  • Own end-to-end sales responsibility for the BOS portfolio within assigned strategic accounts
  • Identify and develop complex, consultative sales opportunities beyond flow business
  • Build and strengthen C-level (CIO, CTO, VP) relationships and influence customer strategy
  • Shape customer vision and translate business needs into tailored BOS solutions
  • Drive account strategy, roadmap discussions, and upsell/cross-sell initiatives
  • Lead complex deal structuring and negotiations aligned with BOS commercial objectives
  • Collaborate closely with KAMs, domain sales, delivery teams, and portfolio stakeholders
  • Actively steer opportunities from early engagement through deal closure

The skills you bring
  • Senior, executive-level sales experience in complex B2B / telecom / IT environments
  • Strong BOS/BSS/OSS portfolio knowledge (mandatory)
  • Established experience with C-level customer relationships (mandatory)
  • Proven success in consultative selling and long, complex sales cycles
  • Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region
  • Location: Mexico City
