We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

The Finance team is responsible for all financial operations—from ensuring compliance with tax regulations and business obligations to planning and enabling the infrastructure needed to support the company’s growth.

·      Own all activities related to Accounts Payable, including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors

·      Manage several bank accounts (local and foreign) and multiple corporate credit cards, including weekly reconciliations and monthly controls

·      Manage accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis

·      Record fixed asset depreciation entries and maintain related reports

·      Manage travel expense reports and employee reimbursements

·      Prepare payroll inputs and support monthly salary preparation (including controls and required documentation)

·      Create and issue customer invoices, track billing status, and support collections follow-ups as needed

·      Assist with corporate audits and other financial reporting requirements as needed

·      Report to all relevant Israeli tax authorities

·      Support month-end close and complete ad-hoc tasks as required

·      Certified Bookkeeper (Level 1+2)

·      At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience (tech company experience is a big advantage)

·      Strong English skills (written and verbal)

·      Experience with an ERP system (NetSuite is a big advantage)

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·      Service-oriented, friendly, and a team player

·      Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

·      Ability to work full-time
