The Director of Partnerships will build and scale TailorMed’s strategic partnerships function. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, developing the partnership operating model, establishing KPIs, identifying new opportunities, coordinating cross-functional execution, evaluating business cases and economics, supporting negotiations, and bringing market insights into company strategy. The role requires strong commercial judgment, healthcare industry experience, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.

Lead product execution across defined product areas while managing and developing a distributed team of Product Managers in Israel and New York City. Translate strategy into actionable plans, establish product management standards, partner with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams, and drive roadmap delivery and business outcomes. Own hiring, coaching, performance management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across product operations.

Build and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes EKS environments, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code systems. Develop automation in Python, Bash, and Node.js; monitor reliability and performance with Grafana and Coralogix; troubleshoot deployments; support engineering and operations teams; and implement security controls, patches, and compliance measures for regulated healthcare environments.

Design and implement scalable web solutions using a modern stack (Node.js, React) and AWS. Use AI-assisted development tools, perform code reviews, and collaborate across teams. Learn healthcare domain specifics (insurances, patient support programs) to build systems that improve patient access and affordability.

Design and build production-grade multi-agent systems that reason, plan, and execute actions using LLMs and agent frameworks; integrate tools, APIs, and healthcare systems; create orchestration, prompting, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails; scale agent execution on cloud infrastructure.

Conduct virtual consultations to evaluate patients for financial assistance programs, complete and track enrollments, collaborate with providers, maintain HIPAA compliance, meet productivity and quality standards, act as a TailorMed platform super-user, and provide compassionate patient advocacy in a remote environment.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise healthcare accounts and build new business in digital health and patient affordability. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, negotiate contracts, develop business plans to meet quotas, build client relationships, support post-sale success, and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Travel 30–50%.

Process and submit patient and provider copay claims to manufacturer or foundation programs, follow up on claim status and denials, post payments, maintain accurate records, communicate with manufacturers, foundations, and customer revenue cycle teams, and meet productivity and quality standards.

Lead zero-to-one product development and roadmap for a new medication-access solution, owning discovery, launch, analytics, and integration across providers, pharmacies, patients, and pharma partners. Drive automation, AI-enabled features, workflow optimization, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, customer success and commercial teams to improve cycle times, throughput, and patient outcomes.

Lead strategy and build 0->1 AI products that streamline complex healthcare workflows across providers, pharmacies, patients, and pharma partners. Own roadmap, requirements, metrics, and product performance; partner with engineering, data, clinical, and commercial teams to launch and iterate AI-enabled solutions that drive adoption and measurable business and patient outcomes.

Own top-of-funnel sourcing for US hires (sales, customer success, operations, marketing). Build targeted sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, maintain ATS pipeline, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, contribute to employer branding, track outreach and pipeline metrics, and iterate sourcing approaches based on data.
