About the positionPersonetics is looking for a senior Bookkeeper to join our corporate finance team. We are looking for a highly responsible and independent person who will run and manage several accounting and bookkeeping processes globally for several of the group companies. Among these processes are – Global AP management, cash position and work with banks, global bank reconciliations, and many other accounting areas.
Responsibilities- Global account payable management – AP processing, payments, reconciliations (local and foreign), journal entries for several group companies globally
- Foreign vendors tax deduction management
- Processing vendor invoices, Payments and Journal Entries in a multi-currencies ERP system
- Intercompany reconciliation and money transfers
- Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
- Bank reconciliation
- Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports
- Certified bookkeeper- Minimum level 3
- 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience from a high-tech company - a must
- English at an advanced level (both spoken and written)
- Highly independent and responsible person
- Experience with NetSuite – must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Service-oriented
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Experience with AI tools
