Why Join us?Jeen AI is looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will be part of a small, collaborative, and fast-growing finance team, taking ownership of the company's day-to-day bookkeeping activities through trial balance. You will support monthly and quarterly closing processes, prepare recurring financial reports, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping through trial balance.
- Process vendor and customer invoices.
- Perform bank, credit card, vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities.
- Prepare recurring monthly Excel reports for management and financial control.
- Work extensively with the Priority ERP system.
- Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting analyses.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
- Previous experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Full-Cycle Bookkeeper.
- Experience working in a high-tech company or another fast-paced environment – mandatory.
- Experience supporting monthly and quarterly closing processes.
- Strong Excel skills, including preparation of recurring financial reports.
- Experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory.
- High level of independence, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to drive processes end-to-end.
Skills Required
