Job Summary
- Part-time entry-level bookkeeping position responsible for data entry, invoice processing, file management, and providing general administrative support to the Accounting Department.
- We are seeking organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals who are eager to begin or grow their career in accounting within a collaborative team environment.
- Work closely with the accounting team to support the Accounts Payable (A/P) process, helping to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of all related tasks.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One or more years of office or administrative experience preferred, or post-secondary education with a concentration in accounting or a related field.
- Experience with accounting and/or property management software is preferred but not required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and similar databases.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities & Duties
