Manages daily operations of an affordable or multifamily housing community, including occupancy, leasing, marketing, resident verification, inspections, maintenance projects, collections, compliance, vendor oversight, payments, inventory, and staff supervision. Builds relationships with residents and community partners while ensuring a clean, safe, well-maintained property and adherence to applicable laws, HUD requirements, Fair Housing regulations, and company policies.

Manage resident certification and recertification processes, verify eligibility and income, perform move-in/move-out unit inspections, handle resident requests, support leasing/marketing tasks, maintain compliance with tax credit, EIV, HUD Section 8, REAC/MOR requirements, and provide administrative assistance to the Site Manager.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for an apartment community: process rental applications, manage waitlist, perform move-in orientations, schedule lease activities, generate reports, handle payables and office inventory, resolve resident requests, and report to the Site Manager. Onsite attendance required.
