Job Summary

You’ll join the Global Body Care Category & Innovation team, working closely with the Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Manager to help shape the future of the Body Care category at IFF.
This is an apprenticeship based in our creative center in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Track Trends & Market Dynamics
Monitor and analyze global trends across the Body Care universe: Haircare, Personal Wash, Deodorant and Skincare.
Build & Update Category Knowledge
Develop and maintain essential Body Care materials and category overviews and create and publish a monthly newsletter summarizing key market activities.
Support Innovation Development
Help the team build high-impact PowerPoint presentations and internal engagement tools and contribute to crafting compelling narratives around new ideas and projects.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work with sales, consumer insights, evaluation and marketing teams to support ongoing projects and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
What Makes You the Right Fit
You have a demonstrating sensitivity regarding strategic topics
You are fluent in French and you have a very good oral and written communication skills in English
You have excellent PowerPoint knowledge
