Job Description
We are seeking an experienced BY Expert to join our dynamic team. As a BY expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes through the configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of Blue Yonder’s supply chain management software.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge in Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) processes
- Experienced in handling transformative supply chain projects within the domain of supply chain planning
- Proficient in optimal practices associated with planning in the discrete supply chain industry, collaborate and serve as a trusted advisor across various departments
- Conduct and lead business process analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization. Design, validate, deploy, troubleshoot, and resolve related issues to BY implementation and critical functionalities
- Develop and revise procedural and system documentation, actively contribute to the creation and implementation of test scripts, ensuring the consistent alignment of Blue Yonder ESP software with established business objectives
- Identifies and emphasizes potential additional revenue opportunities within current workflow structures
- Capable to analyze and prioritize the planning algorithm of the BY ESP tool
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive root cause analysis, asking relevant questions, and recommending effective and straightforward solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in related field
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of BY supply chain management software
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing Blue Yonder solutions or in a similar role, showcasing a deep understanding of supply chain management processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision making
- Familiarity with demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to identify and address issues promptly, ensuring smooth operation of Blue Yonder application
- Maintain a continuous learning mindset, actively staying updated with latest advancement in Blue Yonder technology and supply chain management practices
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) within interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholders
- Structured and independent working style with minimal supervision
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
