Skills Required
- Tagging and classification of point cloud datasets
- Identify and label structural, architectural, and MEP building components
- Organize, clean, and segment point cloud data
- Familiarity with Scan-to-BIM and reality capture workflows
- Experience using BIM and reality capture tools to align, validate, and visualize point cloud data
- Support conversion of point clouds into BIM models (Scan-to-BIM)
- Document tagging standards, workflows, and perform QA/QC checks
- Collaborate with BIM modelers and engineers on element identification
