Process and convert laser scan/point cloud data into LOD 300-500 MEP BIM models using Revit and related tools. Perform clash detection, coordinate with architecture and structure teams, follow QA/QC and BIM execution plans, and deliver accurate as-built MEP models.

Assist with adding, reviewing, and updating annotations in BIM models (Revit, AutoCAD). Ensure annotations follow BIM standards, prepare construction drawings and documentation, maintain consistency in text/dimensions/tags, perform quality checks, manage annotation libraries/templates, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators.

Define and deliver ML-driven features (generative design, predictive analytics, computer vision, intelligent document processing), build data and model pipelines, ensure governance, optimize AEC workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Lead Scan-to-BIM delivery for MEP and architectural projects, converting point clouds into LOD 300–500 BIM models. Manage BIM modelers, perform QA/QC and clash coordination, develop Revit families and standards, run BIM coordination meetings, liaise with clients and scanning teams, and ensure ISO 19650-aligned BEP compliance and timely project deliverables.

Design, develop, and maintain C++ software across products and platforms. Act as technical lead for projects, create and document complex software designs, ensure functional quality, consult with customers, and solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision.

Contribute to development and maintenance of CAD data processing and 3D geometry applications using C++. Work with HOOPS Exchange SDK and ACIS for CAD import/export, debug geometry processing, collaborate on feature design, participate in code reviews and testing under senior engineer guidance.

Develop and maintain AI-driven web applications using the MERN stack; integrate ML/AI models and third‑party AI services; build scalable Node/Express APIs; optimize performance and frontend UI with React; collaborate with data scientists to productionize models; participate in CI/CD, code reviews, and technical planning.

Support creation and modification of 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D SolidWorks models/assemblies. Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and documentation, maintain organized files and version control, collaborate with engineers, and follow company drafting standards.

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using C# and .NET Core. Build RESTful APIs, implement SOLID design patterns, write unit tests, work with Entity Framework and SQL databases, participate in code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and Agile/Scrum team activities while collaborating with frontend, QA, and product teams.

Produce high-engagement, SEO-informed content for AEC B2B audiences across website, social, blogs, brochures, video scripts, and ads; manage content calendar, track performance, collaborate with marketing and design, and adapt creative briefs into persuasive copy.

Support digital engineering by tagging, classifying, cleaning, and segmenting point cloud datasets; identify structural, architectural, and MEP elements; align and visualize point clouds; assist Scan-to-BIM model conversion; maintain tagging standards; document workflows; and support QA/QC for deliverables.

Serve as primary client contact to ensure retention and growth. Develop account strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, run business reviews, and coordinate delivery with engineering and product teams. Translate technical requirements, handle escalations, provide post-delivery support, and ensure timely project execution and alignment with client goals.

Sell software services and BIM solutions to AEC clients by prospecting leads, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, managing CRM pipeline, collaborating with technical teams for solutioning and handover, and meeting sales targets across domestic and international markets.

Provide high-level executive support with initiative tracking, auditing, dashboard management, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination to drive leadership decision-making and accountability.

Deliver scan-to-BIM and as-built modelling using Revit; analyze point-cloud/scan data; create Revit families; use AutoCAD and Navis (Navis Manage) for production. Independently handle production tasks, ensure architectural modelling accuracy, and coordinate with construction terminology and documentation. Familiarity with Cyclone, ReCap, BIM 360, and MS Office is desirable.
