PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets operational standards by contributing asset control and billing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying inventory control system improvements.
- Accomplishes human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Accomplishes billing and asset management objectives by measuring results against plans; evaluating and improving methods; making required changes.
- Meets financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.
