You'll work closely with teams across the business, building strong relationships while delivering timely, high-quality billing solutions. Key accountabilities:

 

  • Collation of complex billing information using in house systems, technical mapping, excel & reporting as well as reconciliation & review.

  • Liaising with Client Relationship Managers and Service Delivery staff and other areas as required to assist with client jobs, preparation, and processing of client invoices 

  • Work closely with the Billing Team Leader to ensure key deliverables such as month end close offs are met

  • Update our system to reflect new clients and changes to client fee schedules

  • Monthly and Ad-Hoc Reporting

  • Assisting in the Annual Audits Reviews (Internal and External) 

  • Attending monthly billing meetings

  • Support and contribute to billing projects and improvement ideas.
