As an Audience Engagement Specialist at Nielsen, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of media measurement. You'll be the face of Nielsen, interacting with and supporting our valued panel families.
This role will require a combination of in office and remote work. The majority of the time, you will be required to work in the office.
Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Nielsen panel families.
- Conduct engaging phone interviews to verify eligibility and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Collect accurate device information and ensure data collection integrity.
- Exceed performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
