Job Description

  • Bid management/ project management for new customer acquisition.
  • Support the presales and delivery units as part of the acquisition processes.
  • Supporting the design of services in terms of the creation, maintenance and further development of offer and service templates.
  • Supporting the strategic development of the Managed Services area.
  • Partial/ project management of customer or internal projects. 

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree in business administration/ business informatics or comparable qualifications and/ or several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in bid management/ presales of IT/ SAP managed services/ outsourcing services is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking. 
  • High degree of independence and flexibility with regard to the detailed design and further development of one''s own role.
  • Confident use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word. 
  • Business fluent German and English.

Skills Required
