As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Service & Support Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Responsibilities

- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify touchpoints and improve overall customer engagement
- Implementing customer experience strategies to support clients in achieving their business objectives
- Managing customer data to inform insights and recommendations for improving customer relations and retention
- Collaborating with team members to adapt to diverse client challenges and deliver quality work consistently
- Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize customer service management and satisfaction
- Utilizing customer segmentation and value proposition strategies to enhance client interactions and drive advocacy
- Gathering information from various sources to discern patterns and inform customer strategy development
- Upholding professional and technical standards while building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
