Baptist Health Medical Group is looking for a Coding Business Analyst to join our team. This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN
The Coding Business Analyst will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and presenting data from various data sources related to Ambulatory Coding and Ambulatory CDI. This analysis is important to develop and monitor performance improvement initiatives and develop strategies and goals. The analyst also produces ad hoc and recurring reports/graphs for various internal and external presentations. In addition, this analyst position will provide technical assistance
to the coding department.
Essential Duties:
Prepares data and graphs for various monthly presentations. Formats vary based on need.
Produces associated reports and graphs monthly
Create and maintain templates used to support the Coding team.
Extract and produce other analysis reports as required to support the continuous improvement efforts of Coding
Qualifications:
Technical Diploma; Certification or degree in Health Information Technology, Data Analytics or related field required.
Associate degree or higher in health information technology or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years job-related experience.
EPIC EMR experience, HCC Coding experience preferred.
