Booking Forecast System Product Manager Assistant

We are seeking a proactive, business-oriented, and innovative BFS Product Manager Assistant to join the HoriZIM team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Manager to drive the continued evolution of HoriZIM, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value while supporting global forecasting and planning processes across the organization.

This role combines business analysis, product development, project leadership, and change management. The candidate will collaborate with global stakeholders, lead workshops and meetings, support worldwide rollout activities, work closely with development teams and external data engineering partners, and help shape future AI-driven capabilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong business acumen, creativity, and a passion for turning business challenges into impactful product solutions.

Main Tasks:

Business Domain Expertise

•  Develop a deep understanding of forecasting, planning, and cargo flow processes.
•  Identify business challenges, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze user feedback and business needs to drive product decisions and deliver business value.

Product Development Support

•  Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Assist in defining clear, actionable product requirements based on business goals and customer needs.
•  Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to help align technical and business objectives
• Participate in innovation initiatives, including AI-driven opportunities

Cross-Team Collaboration

•  Work closely with development teams to track progress, ensure alignment with product goals, and address technical challenges.
•  Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and developers to ensure requirements are well understood.
• Assist in managing the product backlog, sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of product features.

Global Rollout & Change Management

•  Support global rollout activities across regions and countries
•    Lead onboarding, training, adoption, and process standardization efforts.
• Gather feedback from users and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Project Leadership

•  Lead meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions.
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams.
• Prepare management presentations, progress reports, and business recommendations.
• Track actions, dependencies, and project milestones

Technical Understanding & Documentation

•  Collaborate with development teams on high-level technical solutions.
•  Work with data engineers and AI specialists to support advanced analytics capabilities.
• Maintain product documentation, business cases, and performance metrics.        

•    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related field.
•     2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, or a similar role.
•    Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•   Experience leading discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
•   Strong business mindset with the ability to understand operational and commercial challenges.
•   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes-
•   Experience with AI, analytics, forecasting, optimization, or data-driven solutions – Advantage.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools – Advantage.
•  High level of Business English
