  • Ensure seamless enrolment processes for new joiners, life events (marriage, childbirth, etc.), and annual open enrolment windows.
  • Maintain and update benefits documentation, employee-facing communications, and FAQs on the HR portal.

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Indian statutory benefits including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, Maternity Benefit Act, and Professional Tax.
  • Monitor regulatory changes from EPFO, ESIC, IRDAI, and other authorities; proactively update programs and communicate implications to leadership.
  • Liaise with statutory consultants, auditors, and government bodies as required for filings, inspections, and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records for statutory audits and coordinate responses during compliance reviews.

Employee Wellness Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-dimensional employee wellness strategy encompassing physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing.
  • Curate and manage wellness vendor partnerships — including EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), telehealth platforms, fitness reimbursements, and mindfulness apps.
  • Drive participation in wellness programs through effective communication campaigns, challenges, and manager enablement initiatives.
  • Measure wellness program effectiveness using engagement metrics, utilisation data, and employee survey insights; report findings to HR leadership on a quarterly basis.

  • Conduct benefits benchmarking surveys and competitive analyses to inform the annual Total Rewards strategy.
  • Support HR Analytics team with data for compensation surveys (Aon, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson) covering benefits components.

  • Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires and awareness sessions for the broader employee population.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for employee benefits queries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to proactively address benefits-related concerns raised during stay interviews, exit interviews, and pulse surveys.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Projects

  • Partner with the Global Total Rewards team to align India benefits with global philosophy, governance standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Support M&A, workforce expansion, and restructuring activities from a benefits due diligence and integration perspective.
