Bosch Engineering K.K. are the engineering service provider which serves individual solution for function, software development and application based on Bosch electronics system to domestic customers. We are also providing unique products as a motorsport division in Bosch.

【業務内容】

1. 営業プロセスの整理
   • 部門内の営業プロセスの分析、改善点の特定
   • プロセス効率化のための手法導入の検討、提案、実施
2. 営業としての顧客対応
   • 顧客との継続的な関係構築
   • 顧客のニーズ把握、適切な解決策の提案
3. 営業分析～販売見通し、計画立案、実行
   • 営業データ、市場動向の分析、販売見通しの作成
   • 販売目標設定、実現のための計画立案
   • 計画の実行、進捗の管理
4. 新規顧客開拓（ASEAN含む）
   • ASEAN地域を含む新規顧客開拓、営業活動
   • マーケットリサーチをもとにした潜在顧客の特定、アプローチ方法の検討
5. ドイツ、その他の国のメンバーとの英語でのコミュニケーション
   • オンライン会議への参加、メールでのやり取り

Your tasks will be:

1. Organizing sales process
   • Analyzing and identifying in the sales processes within the Department
   • Considering, proposing and implementing methods to enhance process efficiency
2. Customer service as sales representative
   • Establishing and maintaining relationship with customers
   • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
3. Sales analysis, forecasting, planning and executing
   • Analyzing sales data and market trend, creating sales forecasts
   • Setting sales targets and planning strategy to achieve them
   • Implementing the plan and monitoring progress
4. New customer development (including ASEAN region)
   • New customer development and sales activities, including ASEAN region
   • Identifying potential customers based on market research and considering approach methods
5. Communication with team members in Germany and other counties in English
   • Participating in online meeting and e-mail communication

1. Interesting, curiosity, and passion for motorsports (business)

2. Knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration
3. Knowledge of automobiles and automotive parts in general
   • Understanding the functions and features of major automotive parts and systems
   • Market trend
4. Business-level English language skills
   • Participating in online meeting and e-mail communication
5. Ability to work independently

Preferable skills

1. Knowledge of marketing
   • Understanding market research and analysis methods
   • Approaches to identifying customer needs
2. Knowledge of ASEAN region

3. Work experience in "Bosch World" (knowledge of know-how about Bosch way)
