Founded in 2011 as eFounders, Hexa is a startup studio that provides entrepreneurs with the best chances to create outstanding companies. Hexa specializes in building software companies, with an initial focus on the future of work and fintech and the ambition to expand to other verticals.
Since its launch, Hexa has successfully launched over 40 companies, with a combined valuation of $4.5bn. Some notable successes include Aircall, Spendesk, Front, Swan, and Yousign.
Our model of team entrepreneurship works very well, so we are currently doubling down to launch more companies. Beyond Future of Work (eFounders), web3, AI and fintech, we’re currently working on launching new verticals in healthtech, climate, education and many more.
When we start a company, our primary job is to build a team. Having the right initial team is by far the most important predictor of success for our new ventures.
That’s why we are looking for the best founders for our companies.
The Hexa core team is mostly based in Paris.
We do not want to exclude any geography when launching new companies and French is not a prerequisite, but we believe that founders need to be in the same location as our team.
Serendipity is key while building startups and daily interactions with founders are necessary.
Also, one of Hexa’s biggest advantages is our network and brand and they are stronger in France, where we are well-known.
