Tu misión principal será:

Dar apoyo al equipo de Talent Acquisition en los países de nuestro Market Group (IBAME – Iberia, África y Middle East) en coordinación con el equipo de EMEA, en las siguientes actividades:

  • Selección de nuevos y diversos perfiles.

  • Desarrollo y actualización de descripciones de puesto.

  • Búsqueda directa de candidatos.

  • Publicación de ofertas en las distintas Jobs boards.

  • Examinar los distintos cv´s recibidos.

  • Realización de entrevistas utilizando las distintas herramientas.

  • Evaluación de las competencias del candidato.

  • Actuar como punto central entre candidatos y responsables del proceso.

Requisitos:

  • Titulación: Graduado en psicología, RRHH, ADE o carreras similares.

  • Nivel de inglés: B2

  • Ofimática: Uso profesional del paquete Microsoft Office.

  • Posibilidad de incorporarte a jornada completa.
