Devoteam Creative Tech is where design meets code.
We’re the creative unit of Devoteam, helping companies turn ideas into digital products — apps, platforms, and AI-powered tools that actually work.
In Malmö, our team blends design, frontend development, and innovation. We work closely with clients, Google, and other Devoteam teams across Europe. It’s a small studio environment where you’ll get your hands dirty and see your work go live — not just concept decks.
We bring in interns when we have real work to offer. People who’ve interned here have stayed on as full-time team members. We’re looking to do that again.
Job DescriptionThis internship is for someone who wants to build real sales skills — not for someone looking to just "gain experience."
You’ll be doing meaningful work that supports our sales pipeline. You’ll be writing messages, researching companies, and making first contact. You’ll be pushed, coached, and expected to improve.
Here’s what you’ll actually do:
- Research accounts and contacts — learn to tell a good lead from a waste of time
- Write cold emails that don’t sound like everyone else’s
- Join our team meetings, contribute, and track your work like the rest of us
- Learn what cloud and AI actually do for companies
- Start building a network in one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech sectors
No coffee runs. No busywork. You’ll be part of the team.
QualificationsWe’re not hiring your CV. We’re hiring how you think, how you communicate, and how you act when you don’t know the answer.
You’ll need:
- Clear, confident communication (in English — Swedish helps too)
- Hunger to learn and improve fast
- Interest in tech, sales, and what it really takes to build business
- The ability to follow up — with leads, with your team, with yourself
- A mindset that says, “Give me the ball.”
You're probably studying business, marketing, or tech — or maybe you're not. That’s less important than how you show up.
