Academy Learning Portfolio Manager, Lund

Axis Communications Academy develops training programs for our partners, focusing on design and implementation of smart Axis network solutions and technologies for a global audience. We are now looking for a person who is passionate about learning and portfolio management to join our Axis Communications Academy team in Lund.

Who is your future team?

Axis Communications Academy’s role is to drive training innovation: we are passionate about sharing expert knowledge! We are a highly collaborative team that works cross-functionally with the global Academy community within Axis. We ensure that Axis delivers high-quality and up-to-date training based on business goals and our partners’ learning needs.

What will you do as Learning portfolio Manager?

You will oversee and manage the global Academy learning portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and meets the needs of partners and end customers worldwide. This includes collaborating with stakeholders, partnering with internal training organizations, and working with the Academy team to build a world-class global learning portfolio.

 The work includes:

• Driving development of Academy global learning portfolio that aligns with Axis and Academy strategy.
• Collaborating and aligning with stakeholders to ensure the Academy roadmap includes topics and knowledge areas important to the business.
• Collaborate with other learning organizations to leverage synergies and work efficiently together
• Evaluate the success of learning programs and drive continuous improvement using metrics, such as completion rates, learner feedback, and performance improvements.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are passionate about learning and driving the success of the Academy and our global learning portfolio initiatives. You are a strategic thinker who can align learning initiatives with business strategy and partner needs.  

You are a strong communicator who works well with diverse teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.  You navigate efficiently between tasks and adapt easily to changing priorities, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.

We believe you have a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience from managing complex projects in a global company.  It is a merit if it has been within learning and development.

As we are an international company, your English knowledge, both written and spoken, is excellent.

• Experience in managing a portfolio of learning initiatives, with a focus on business alignment and effectiveness.
• Strong collaboration skills, having worked effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts in a global environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to handle challenges and adapt learning programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Experience of leading cross-functional projects.
• Analytical, curious, and strong time management skills.
• Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results
• Technical understanding and interest.
