About the Role
Are you early in your sales career and ready to take the next step? Do you enjoy meeting customers, learning about products, and building long-term relationships?
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Business Development Manager to help grow our Taski professional cleaning products across Czechia and Slovakia. This role is ideal for someone with initial sales experience who wants hands-on exposure to B2B customers, modern cleaning technologies, and a clear development path into a senior commercial role.
You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and trained to confidently manage customers, demonstrate equipment, and identify new business opportunities.
This is a field-based, fully remote role, perfect if you enjoy being on the move and working independently while staying connected to a team.
What You’ll Be Doing
With training and ongoing support, you will:
- Build relationships with existing customers and help introduce Taski products to new ones
- Support growth of our cleaning and hygiene solutions within your region
- Perform on-site demonstrations of cleaning machines (full product training provided)
- Identify new sales opportunities within cleaning, hygiene, and related industries
- Help prepare simple sales plans and track progress toward targets
- Work closely with marketing, pricing, and technical teams to support customer needs
- Keep customer information and opportunities up to date in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Support account profitability by following pricing guidelines and basic account management
- Travel regularly across Czechia and Slovakia and join monthly team meetings
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box — attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a commercial role (B2B is a plus, but not required)
- Fluent Czech and good working English
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers and presenting products
- Comfortable learning and demonstrating technical equipment (training provided)
- Independent and proactive, with good time-management skills
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
- Physically able to handle and move equipment when needed
