Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across LATAM.
• Scale Power Brands (Vaseline, Dove, and more) using innovative, data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and IT to deliver seamless execution.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to unlock growth.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions with internal and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in business development, ideally in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM markets and consumer dynamics.
• Commercial acumen: P&L, pricing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive ownership, and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
