JOB PURPOSE:
Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. Drive Cooking Aids (Bouillon) Category Growth and Partner with Walmart Lead, to bring delicious taste to different Food Occasions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Category Growth Management and Executional Excellence
• Conduct Market Analysis (Nielsen, Kantar, Others) and Leverage Shopper Insights to Identify Growth Opportunities and to Deliver Category Value Creation within Our Top Retailer, Walmart.
• Lead Assortment Optimization and Shelf Placement Strategic Plans across All Customer’s Banners, based on Quarterly and Actively Review.
• Synchronizes a Full Year Category Business Planning and Execution with Agreed KPIs in a 1+ Year Horizon.
• Build a Collaborative and Trush Partnership at All Levels of the Customer Organization.
Data Literacy and Selling
• Examines & interprets a wide Variety of Data and Make Recommendations and Decisions
• Delivers and Communicate Effective data Stories, through analysis of Information, presentation and visualization.
• Develop and test Hypotheses to solutions to Customer, based on current trends and new insights.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• At Least +2 Year Experience Working with FMCG, ideally Food Sector
• Demonstrated Experience in Trade/Customer Marketing designing and executing Commercial Strategies
• Proven Track Record working with Modern Trade Self Service Stores, Ideally Walmart.
• Analytics, Driven Business Performance, Effective Communication, Negotiation as Skills Desired.

• Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI (Working Knowledge)
• Kantar, Nielsen Answers, Retail Link, Luminate (Basic Knowledge)
