Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced call center and BDC representatives
- Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, business development roles preferred but not required
- Ability to prioritize customer experience through a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential customers
What You'll Do:
- Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
- Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
- Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
- Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers.

The hourly wage for this position is $18.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
Skills Required
- Experience as a call center or BDC representative
- Customer-facing telemarketing, administrative, retail/hospitality, or business development experience
- Proficient computer and phone skills (CRM/Internet department experience)
- Ability to prioritize customer experience with a professional, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
- Saturday availability with one weekday off
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Comply with drug-free workplace (may require drug screening)
