- As part of the Partnership & Business Development Strategy of Sharia Bancassurance, prioritizing strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals to become the number one sharia life insurance. The Partnership & Business Development Strategy of Sharia Bancassurance is responsible for the implementation of key strategic initiatives through products, projects, campaigns, sales event activities, building business opportunities in distribution channels, and building good relationships with key stakeholders of partner banks with excellent services and providing business value

- Life Insurance Business Experiences, especially in Bancassurance Sharia Business
- Having experience in Project Management and / or Strategic Initiative Business
- Ability to prioritize and multitasking across different initiative
- Having Ability working with multiple stakeholders with any background.
- Having good interpersonal skill & Communication Skill
- Having good presentation skill
- Having target oriented with the highest self-motivated
- Fluently both speaking and writing in English
- Having expertise in MS Officer (Excel, Word, Power Point), and Design
- Understanding the Digitalization knowledge is preferable

- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- Having minimum 5 years experiences in doing strategic initiatives and/ or Project Management, especially in Bancassurance Business
- Having an experience in Bancassurance Syariah Business is preferable
Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)
- Building & Implementation Bancassurance business model across all distribution channel
- Implementation produk launch, Data segmentation, Customer Needs, and proposition.
- Creating Sales Projection, Product Mix, Sales Volume, and strategy penetration.
- Creating Program, Campaign, Sales event activities, and oversee the implementation of sales monitoring. Maintaining and developing strong strategic partnership with all key decision makers within Sun Life and bank partner
- Preparing on presentation material on weekly, monthly basis for Management and Bancassurance Committee Meeting.
- Manage and monitor the budget
- Manage the project related to digital and other new projects.
