What we’re looking for5+ years of experience designing, building & scaling backend systems for production products
Fluency in Go, Rust, or similar backend languages, plus strong API design skills
Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs
Proven experience integrating with frontend and ML systems to deliver product features
Strong product instincts: you know how to balance fast delivery with building for the long term

Design, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components
Own backend systems end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
Collaborate with frontend, ML, and product teams to translate ideas into robust, scalable features
Contribute to shaping our backend architecture, engineering culture, and technical strategy
